摘　　要：介绍在研制采用8098单片机的电力机车调压开关检测装置过程中遇到的问题及解决这些问题的思路方法。重点是高速输入单元HSI的应用以及在开发过程中找到的技巧。In this paper, a method is introduced, by which the 8098 microcontroller is applied to the detection instrument for tap changers of electric locomotives. The application of a High - Speed - Input(HSI) unit and the development skills of the 8098 microcontroller are also mainly discussed.
