摘  要:目的探讨白芍总苷(TGP)对内毒素诱导大鼠葡萄膜炎的抑制作用。方法将18只SD大鼠随机分为3组,其中2组于足底部注射伤寒杆菌内毒素(LPS),诱导葡萄膜炎模型,并分别灌服生理盐水和TGP治疗,另一组SD大鼠不造模作为正常对照组。于LPS注射后不同时间点用裂隙灯显微观察其临床改变并评价其疗效。结果正常对照组未出现葡萄膜炎,注射LPS的大鼠均诱发出不同炎症程度的葡萄膜炎,生理盐水治疗组和TGP治疗组的炎症临床评分分别为6.59±0.73,4.00±0.52,2组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论 TGP对伤寒杆菌内毒素诱导的大鼠葡萄膜炎有明显的抑制作用。Objective To investigate the effect of total glucosides of peony (TGP) for endotoxin induced uveitis in rats. Methods A total of 18 SD rats were randomly divided into 3 groups, of which 2 groups of rats were received a dose of 200 μg lipopolysaccharide (LPS) by plantar injection to induce uveitis model, and the rats were respectively perfused by saline and TGP to treat. Simultaneously, the otl^er group of rats not induced uveitis was used as normal control. Slit lamp was used to detect the change of ocular inflammatory reaction at different time points after the induction. Results There was devoid of obvious uveitis in normal control. Following the induction and treatments, different levels of uveitis were induced and the clinical score of inflammation was 6.59 ± 0.73 and 4.00 ± 0.52 in saline-treated rats and TGP- treated rats, respectively. Induced inflammation in saline-treated rats was significantly higher than that in TGP-treated rats (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion TGP is effective for reducing the intraocular inflammation induced by LPS.
