摘　　要：市郊铁路将有效改善城市人口分布格局,缓解中心城与卫星城镇的交通状况,提升市郊通勤效率。以2 879份网络问卷为基础,从客流需求、出行目的、出行时段分布、沿途客流比例、票价敏感度、接驳耗时等方面,分析了金山市郊铁路客流特征,提出了确保公交化运营、完善站车服务、实施低票价策略、加强周边交通接驳等建议。Suburban railway effectively improves the distribution of urban population, relieves the traffic congestion between city center and satellite towns, where one-trip mode is normally adopted, and suburban commute is improved efficiently by the railway. Based on a network questionnaire with 2 879 rollbacks, the passenger characteristics of Jinshan suburban railway are analyzed from the angles of passenger demand, travel purpose, travel time distribution, passenger proportion along the line, passenger sensitivities to ticket price and con- necting time, etc. In the end, several suggestions are put for- ward, such as ensuring public transit operation, improving station service, implementing low-price policy, strengthening traffic connecting and so on.
