摘　　要：设计尼龙轮辋零件模具时,改变传统的成型注射工艺为浇注工艺,使用新型模具材料,热处理方法,设计新型浇注系统,加温系统及分型面密封方式,解决了尼龙浇注成型过程中出现的气孔、浇不满、漏料等诸多质量问题。When design of nylon rim mold parts, injection molding process replaced a traditional casting process. The uses of new mould material, heat treatment method, new design of gating system, sealing the heating system and the parting surface solve the quality problems such as porosity, misrun, leakage occurred in the process of nylon casting.
