摘  要:提出了一种适用于垂直管路中的先导式截止阀结构,其基本工作原理是通过控制先导阀并利用流体在流动过程中产生的压力差实现对主阀的开启与关闭,结构紧凑、反应速度快、驱动能耗低。运用计算流体力学方法(CFD)研究了该阀开启过程中不同阀芯高度下的流体压差变化情况,分析了不同流体出口静压、阀芯小孔直径以及入口速度对阀芯上下表面流体压力差的影响。研究结论对于该阀门的优化设计具有重要的参考价值。A pilot-operated cut-off valve which can be used in vertical pipeline was put forward. The opening or closing process of the main valve is controlled by a pilot valve utilizing the pressure difference which forms when the fluid flows as its motive power. Comparing with the traditional type of valve, it has the advantages as following: simple structure, small driving device and quick response. The change of pressure difference during the opening process was simulated with CFD method. The influence of outlet pressure, orifice diameter of valve core and inlet velocity on pressure difference was studied as well. The research conclusion has important reference value to the provided guidance on the determination of orifice diameter, and reduces the blindness of structure design.
