两种油叶布置方式对四油叶滑动轴承动特性的影响

摘  要:为了研究油叶布置方式对四油叶滑动轴承动特性及转子动力性能的影响,文中运用有限差分法,分别计算了不同参数下四油叶滑动轴承采用两种不同油叶布置方式时的8个动特性系数,并将两种方式下的动特性进行了比较。结果表明,两种方式下的轴承动特性系数在偏心率较小时非常接近,在偏心率较大时相差较大。By means of finite difference method, eight dynamic characteristic coefficients were carried out by using two different methods of lobe arrangement of four lobe journal bearing under different kinds of bearing parameters, and the influences of different lobe arrangement over the dynamic characteristics of four lobe bearing and rotor system were studied. The results show that dynamic characteristic coefficients in the two methods are very close in small eccentricity, but in large eccentricity the differences of the dynamic characteristic coefficients in the two methods are large.
