摘 要:为研究高颈法兰封闭轧制成形中轧制缺陷的产生机理,借助DEFORM有限元分析软件建立了封闭轧制成形仿真模型,并利用软件后处理中的点追踪功能获得了金属在轧制过程中的轴向和径向流动规律。研究结果表明轧件在轧制过程中总体表现为径向压缩、轴向及周向拉伸,同时验证了上下挡板对金属轴向流动的抑制作用。According to the generation mechanism of defects which occurred during high neck flange was produced by closed rolling, the finite element model (FEM) for high neck flange closed rolling process was set up by DEFORM software. Based on the point tracing function including in the post-processor, metal flow law in the rolling process was obtained. The simulation results show that, the work piece during the rolling process behaves radial compression, axial and hoop tension. The two plates which set on the upper and lower face of driving roll have inhibited metal's axial-flow effect.
