糖皮质激素降阶梯疗法治疗肾病综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察糖皮质激素降阶梯疗法治疗成人肾病综合征的疗效。方法:糖皮质激素降阶梯疗法治疗成人肾病综合征49例,予以甲基强的松龙针静脉滴注治疗:120mg×3天,80mg×3天,40mg×3天,此后口服泼尼松片1mg/kg?d,晨间顿服;激素常规治疗组43例。两组在治疗前及治疗后各时间点的临床指标进行对比。结果:在治疗早期(2-4周)激素降阶梯治疗组的临床各指标(尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、尿量)优于激素常规治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:激素降阶梯治疗成人肾病综合征具有起效快的优势。Objective：To observe the effect of step-clown therapy of glucocorticoid for nephrotic syndrome. Methcds：49 cases of adult patients with nephrotic syndrome treated with step-down therapy of glucocortieoid glucoeortieoid, and with methylprednisolone intravenous infusion： 120mg × 3 days, 80mg × 3 days, 40mg × 3 clays, then oral predisone lmg/kg/d, administered at draught at morning; 43 cases of predisone conventional treatment. The clinical index of two groups were compared before treatmenl and at each time point after treatment. Results：the clinical index （urinary protein, albumin, cholesterol, triglycerides, urine volume）of the group of step-down therapy of glueocarticoid is superior to the group of predisone conventional treatment in treating early-stage （2-4weeks）（P〈0.01）.Concluslons：step-down therapy ofglueocortieoid for nephrotie syndrome has a advantage of rapid onset.
