摘　　要：目的:研究异维A酸胶丸在治疗寻常痤疮中的疗效观察。方法:为观察异维A酸胶丸治疗中重度痤疮的疗效及安全性,选择83例中重度痤疮患者,随机分为两组,44例给予异维A酸胶丸,40例给予维生素B2,B6片对照,均同时外用氯柳酊,疗程60天,观察两组间疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率93.0%,对照组总有效率67.5%,两组差异有统计学意义。结论:异维A酸胶丸治疗痤疮疗效满意。Objective： To study the different vitamin A acid capsule in the treatment of acne vulgaris clinical observation. Methods： to observe the curative effect of different vitamin a acid capsule treatment of moderately severe acne and security, select 83 patients with moderately severe acne, randomly divided into two groups, 44 cases were given vitamin a acid capsule, 40 cases were given vitamin B2 and B6 piece, both at the same time external use chlorine willow tincture, 60 days treatment, observation of curative effect between the two groups. As a result, different vitamin a acid capsule treatment group total effectiveness q3.0%, control group total effective rate 67.5%, two groups was statistically significant difference Conclusion： Different vitamin a acid capsule treating＇acne satisfied curative effect, worth clinical application.
