摘　　要：目的:探讨临床药师在外科参与药学服务的方法、内容及体会。方法:通过协助医师,参与临床中具体感染案例的治疗,从而发现外科中不合理使用抗菌药物的问题,为临床治疗提出合理化意见。结果与结论:临床药师要与临床医师精诚合作,发挥各自的专业特长,才能更好的促进医院药学服务的发展。OBJECTIVE：To Investigate the method , Content and experience of clinical pharmacist participating Pharmacy Services of surgical therapy.METHOD：By assisting physicians and participating clinical therapy of infection case unreasonable use of Antibiotic were discoveried to afford the rationalization view for clinical therapy.resuhs and conclusion：Clinical pharmacists and clinicians sincere cooperating, playing their respective expertise promote the development of hospital pharmacy services.
