摘　　要：探讨城市供水投资项目社会评价的意义,结合城市供水投资项目的特点,构建城市供水投资项目社会评价指标体系。采用层次分析法与模糊综合评价理论建立城市供水投资项目社会评价模型,并且通过有无项目对比下的模糊综合评价进行实证分析。结果表明,有项目的综合社会评价较好,城市供水投资项目的社会效益较高。The significance of social evaluation of urban water supply investment projects is discussed. An index system for the social evaluation of urban water supply investment projects is formulated combined with their characteristics. A model for the social evaluation of urban water supply investment projects is established based on the AHP and fuzzy comprehensive assessment. An empirical analysis with the presence or absence of urban water supply investment projects is conducted so as to provide a reference for social evaluation of similar water investment projects.
