摘　　要：借鉴SWOT战略分析方法,通过行业调研、专家交流,分析水利行业项目型企业所处环境的优势、劣势及所面对的机遇与挑战。以南京瑞迪建设科技有限公司为例,运用SWOT研究方法,对公司内部环境进行分析,并提出相应的发展战略和对策。By means of the SWOT strategic analysis method, the strengths, weaknesses and the opportunities and threats of project-oriented enterprises of water conservancy industry are analyzed through industry survey and expert exchange. Taking Nanjing R & D High Technology Co., Ltd. for an example, the SWOT method is adopted to investigate its internal environment, and the corresponding development strategies and countermeasures are proposed.
