摘　　要：在信息社会中,随着科学技术的迅速发展,信息与知识的急剧增长,知识更新的周期缩短,创新的频率加快,对人的素质的要求提高,未来的大学毕业生必须适应科学技术飞速发展的形势,适应职业转换和知识更新频率加快的要求。这就要求大学生增强自主学习能力,积极把握机会,加强自身素质培养,提高就业能力,进而从容面对挑战,在激烈的竞争中脱颖而出。With the rapid development of science and techndogy and the dramatic growth of the information and knowledge, knowl- edge update and innovation speed are both fast in the information society. These require us to have a higher quality. In the future, uni- versity graduates must adapt to the situation and meet the needs of career transition. This requires students to strengthen their self- learning abRity, seize opportunities actively, strengthen their own quality training, improve employability, and then face the challenge calmlv to stand out in the fierce comnetition.
