摘　　要：2011年被称为我国慈善透明问责年,如何让我国慈善事业健康发展、少走弯路,关键问题是透明度建设。因此,我国慈善事业透明化的设计原则应为改进原则、平等自愿原则、科学自由原则,路径选择为官方慈善组织转型和民间慈善组织借鉴路径。The year of 2011 is called the accountability year of the charity transparency in China. How to make the charity develop healthily and walk little detours caused heated debate in academic circles and government departments. Therefore, design principles of charity in China should be improved transparency principle, equality principle and scientific principle, free path selection reference path is the official charity organization transformation and charitable organizations.
