摘　　要：目的　研究激光治疗前列腺增生症患者血清总前列腺特异性抗原 (PSA) ,游离 PSA和游离 /总 PSA比值的变化 ,确定游离 /总 PSA比值的可靠性 .方法　应用 830 e半导体激光仪对 10 0例前列腺增生症患者行组织内激光凝固治疗 ,用酶联免疫法于术前 1h和术后 2 4h检测患者血清总 PSA和游离 PSA值 ,并计算游离 /总 PSA比值 .结果　术后总 PSA和游离 PSA值与术前比均明显升高 (P<0 .0 0 1和 P<0 .0 5 ) ,游离 /总 PSA比值术前术后无显著差异 (P=0 .10 3) .结论　游离 /总AIM To investigate the effect of the diode laser therapy on serum total PSA, free PSA and free/total PSA ratio in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia and to determine the reliability of free/total PSA ratio after such interventions. METHODS Using the indigo 830e diode laser system, 100 cases of prostatic hyperplasia have been treated by transurethral prostatectomy with interstitial laser coagulation. Serum total PSA and free PSA levels were determined 1 hour before and 24 hours after laser therapy by using enzyme immunoassay. Preoperative and postoperative free and total PSA and free/total PSA ratio was statistically compared. RESULTS Although postoperative total PSA and free PSA increased significantly compared with preoperative values (P<0.001 and P<0.05, respectively), the difference between preoperative and postoperative free/total PSA ratios was not statistically significant(P=0.103). CONCLUSION Free/total PSA ratio may be a reliable parameter in the early period after diode laser therapy.
