摘 要:目的 研究周围神经端侧吻合后受神经内再生轴突的来源 .方法 采用兔两侧耳大神经端侧吻合模型 ,于术后 8wk用 fast blue(FB)和 nuclear yellow(NY)作荧光素逆行追踪双标记 ,荧光显微镜下观察、计数背根节内标记的神经元 .结果 右侧 C2 - 3背根节内大多数神经元被 FB单标记 ,部分被NY单标记 ,少数为 FB/ NY双标记 .FB/ NY双标记细胞多为直径 5 0 μm以下的中、小型细胞 .结论 神经端侧吻合后 8wk。AIM To study the origin of the regenerative axon in the receptive nerve after end-to-side neurorrhaphy on periphery nerves. METHODS Model of the New Zealand rabbit greater auricular nerve(GAN) was used: The left GAN was dissociated and sectioned. After a 2 mm epineurium (epineurial window) was removed in the right GAN, the distal end of the left GAN was sutured to the lateral face of the right GAN. After 8 weeks, the technique of double-labeled tracing with fluorescence made up of fast blue (FB) and nuclear yellow (NY) was used and the labeled neurons in the dorsal root ganglion (DRG) were observed under the fluorescence microscope and counted. RESULTS Most neurons in the right C_ 2-3 DRG were single-labeled with FB; some were single-labeled with NY and extremely few were double-labeled with FB/NY. Most neurons double-labeled with FB/NY were small or medium in size which had diameters below 50 μm. CONCLUSION Eight weeks after end-to-side neurorrhaphy, axons or their collateral sprouts of some donor nerves can regenerate into receptive nerves.
