64排128层CT在颅脑CTA成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨64排128层CT在颅脑CTA成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的临床价值。方法:收集我院2012年8月~2013年8月诊治的130例颅内动脉瘤患者,采用64排CT进行检查。结果:本组130例患者共发现动脉瘤133个,其中单发瘤127个,另外3例患者均有2个动脉瘤,瘤体大小:3.0mm^75.5mm,平均27.2mm,与术中检查结果一致,64排128层螺旋CTA诊断符合率为100.0%。结论:64排螺旋CT在颅脑CTA成像诊断颅内动脉瘤的符合率高,值得临床推广。Objective： To study the CT 64 row 128 layer in the clinical value of cerebral CTA imaging diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms. Methods： Our hospital from August 2012 to August 2013 diagnosis and treatment of 130 patients with intracranial aneurysm, with 64 row CT check. Results： 130 patients found aneurysm 130, including 127 single adenoma, and 3 patients were 2 aueurysms, tumors size： 3.0 ~75.5 mm, 27.2 mm, with intraoperative findings, 64 row 128 layer spiral CTA diagnosis coincidence rate was 100.0%. Conclusion： 64 row spiral CT in cerebral CTA imaging in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms coincidence rate is high, is worth the clinical promotion.
