摘　　要：目的:探讨支气管动脉灌注治疗肺癌的疗效观察。方法:选取我院2009年-2010年30例肺癌患者,其中男性20例,女性10例,年龄50-75岁之间,平均年龄为61岁,所有病例均经CT、纤维支气管镜或经皮肺穿刺活检病理确诊。结果:采用支气管动脉灌注治疗肺癌,效果明显。多血管型24例中患者中20例有效,4例无效,有效率达到83.3%,而少血管型肺癌中,6例患者中3例有效,有效率达到50%。结论:采用支气管动脉灌注介入治疗肺癌,对患者的伤害小,疗效明显,值得临床推广使用。Objective： To investigate the treatment of bronchial artery- infusion lung cancer. Methods： Our hospital from 2009 to 2010, 30 cases of lung cancer patients, including 20 males and 10 females, aged between 50-75 years old, the average age was 61 years, all cases were confirmed by CT, bronchoscopy or percutaneous transthoracic needle biopsy confirmed. Results： Bronchial arterial infusion treatment of lung cancer, the effect is obvious. Multi vascular patients in 24 cases, 20 cases were effective, 4 cases ineffective, efficiency reached 83.3%, and less vascular lung cancer, 6 patients, 3 were effective, efficient and reached 50%. Conclusion： Bronchial artery infusion interventional treatment of lung cancer, the patient＇s hurt small, efficacy significantly, worthv of clinical use.
