摘 要:对赛艇项目专项训练监控方法的研究进展进行综述,发现赛艇项目专项训练监控方法的研究在我国很不系统,尚处于初期探索阶段,没有可以借鉴和遵循的模式,只能结合赛艇训练的特点对优秀赛艇运动员训练监控进行了初步的分析与探讨,很难得出确切的结论。但随着训练方法手段的不断创新,对科研人员的科技服务工作提出了更高的要求,只有在实践中不断累积经验、总结经验、敢于创新,才能跟得上当今竞技运动水平的发展。因此,未来赛艇项目的科研工作重点应逐步从运动员机能状态监控向专项训练监控方法转变。The article summarizes the research progress of the monitoring methods of the specific training of rowing.It is discovered that the research in this field is unsystematic and is at the preliminary period.No model can be used for reference.Only preliminary analysis and study have been made on the training monitoring of the elite rowers in line with the characteristics of rowing training.It is difficult to obtain precise conclusion.Following the innovation of the training means,higher demands have been put on the researchers' scientific service.Only by continuously accumulating experience,summarizing experience and daring to innovate in practice can we keep up with the present development of the competitive sports.Therefore,the future key point of the scientific research in rowing should be changed from athletes' functional status monitoring to the monitoring of specific training.
