摘  要:目的 研究大黄对烫伤后大鼠肠黏膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸链的影响。 方法 采用大鼠背部烫伤模型 ,随机分为大黄治疗组、烫伤组和正常对照组。分离小肠黏膜上皮细胞内线粒体 ,监测呼吸控制率 (RCR)、琥珀酸脱氢酶和烟酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸 (NADH)脱氢酶活力和细胞色素C的含量。 结果 烫伤后各时相点NADH和琥珀酸氧化呼吸链的RCR显著低于对照组 ,细胞色素C亦有同样改变 ,而烫伤对琥珀酸脱氢酶和NADH脱氢酶活力无显著影响。大黄能提高上述两条呼吸链的RCR水平 ,降低线粒体内膜细胞色素C的丢失 (与烫伤组比较 ,P <0 .0 5 )。 结论 烫伤能导致大鼠肠黏膜上皮细胞线粒体呼吸链明显受损 。Objective To investigate the effects of rhubarb on the respiration of intestinal epithelia in burned rats. Methods Eighty seven SD rats with 25% Ⅲ°burns on back were used. Mitochondria was isolated from the intestinal mucosa. The respiratory control rate (RCR), the activity of NADH dehydrogenases and succinate dehydrogenases and cytochrome C were measured to evaluate the function of respiratory chain of the mitochondria in intestinal mucosa. Results The level of cytochrome C and RCR in small intestinal mucosa decreased after burn injury. However, the activity of NADH dehydrogenases and succinate dehydrogenases did not change after the injury. Rhubarb could obviously increase the level of cytochrome C and RCR. Conclusions Burn injury can damage the function of mitochondria in intestinal mucosa. Whereas rhubarb obviously improves the mitochondrial respiration of intestinal mucosal epithelia after thermal injury.
