摘  要:目的:探讨腹腔镜手术全麻诱导前单剂地塞米松对血糖及单核细胞功能的影响。方法:择期行腹腔镜手术患者40例随机均分为2组:地塞米松组(D组)静注地塞米松10 mg;生理盐水组(S组)给予生理盐水2 ml。测定用药前和用药10 min、20 min、30 min、40 min、50 min和60 min血糖;流式细胞仪检测术后第1天CD14/HLA-DR阳性的单核细胞百分率。结果:两组患者用药前后血糖均无明显变化;两组术后第1天CD14/HLA-DR阳性的单核细胞百分率亦无明显差异。结论:全麻诱导前单剂地塞米松10 mg不影响手术患者的血糖水平及单核细胞功能。Objective:To investigate the effects of intravenous dexametha-sone injection before anesthesia induction in laparoscopic operation on the blood glucose levels and functions of mononuclear cells .Methods:Forty patients undergone selective laparoscopic surgery were equally randomized into two groups of either dexamethasone injection ( D group) or saline ad-ministration(S group).Before anesthesia induction,10 mg dexamethasone injected intravenously for D group and 2 ml normal saline was adminis-tered for S group as control.Blood glucose levels were determined before induction and at 10,20,30,40,50 and 60 min after induction,respective-ly.Flow cyometry was used to detect the positive expression rate of HLA-DR/CD14 in the peripheral blood mononuclear cells on the first postoper-ative day.Results:The concentrations of blood glucose and expression rate of peripheral HLA-DR/CD14 remained no significant changes in both groups before and after surgery and on the first postoperative day ( P 〉0.05)Conclusion:Single intravenous dose of 10 mg dexamethasone injec-tion before anesthesia induction does not produce impact on the blood glu-cose levels and functions of mononuclear cells in patients undergoing lapa-roscopic surgery.
