摘  要:以油田注水井构成的注水管道的无线声通信为应用背景,旨在分析以管内水为媒介的声通信信道,为在注水管道中实现远程声通信开展前瞻性的工作。对注水井特殊管道结构的传声特性和射线理论下井内声传播进行了全面分析。为产生声信号为管道声传播测试提供声源,成功设计了一款中等功率的水声发射样机,系统研究了其硬件电路设计及软件设计。油田注水井的声传播测试在实验井展开,仿真实验和系统测试表明该系统能有效对注水井的噪声信号进行采集和分析,并实现声通信信道传输,实验中得到了很多有意义的数据和结果。油田注水井管道声通信信道仿真平台的构建,为研究注水井声通信的实现和下一步对管道及机械设备的监测和故障诊断等应用奠定了坚实的基础。The application background of this paper is realizing wireless acoustic communication in injection pipelines consisted by oil in- jection well, acoustic communication property of special pipeline structure of injection well and acoustic propagation in well under ray theory were analyzed comprehensively. The underwater acoustic projecting prototype machine is designed for supplying acoustical signal resource for testing the pipeline acoustic propagation and its hardware and software system is designed. Simulation and experiment is carried out in the ex- perimental well and oil field well. Simulation result shows that the system can detect analyze the noise signal of the well, and the acoustic communication channel is realized in the experiment, the data and result with good value is obtained in the simulation. The experiment plat- form of injection oil pipes is established, the platform of acoustic communication channel for oil field injection pipeline, and it will provide im- portant base for the realization of acoustic communication in the pipeline and monitoring of mechanical equipment in the pipeline and fault di agnosis in the next work.
