摘 要:以中型黑番鸭为试验材料,通过测定其0、2、4、6、8、10周龄体重和70日龄屠宰性能,并采用Gompertz模型对中型黑番鸭0~10周龄体重数据进行曲线拟合和分析,探究中型黑番鸭生长发育规律及肉用性能。结果显示:中型黑番鸭公、母鸭在4周龄前生长速度基本相同,4周龄后生长速度开始明显加快,在6—8周龄达到生长高峰,公鸭生长速度明显快于母鸭。生长屠宰性能表明公鸭以120日龄为佳,母鸭以70日龄为佳。In order to explore the growth rule and table - purpose performance of medium - sized black Muscovy duck, the au- thor tested its body weight at the age of 0 - 10 weeks as well as its slaughter performance at the age of 70 days, and simulated and analyzed its 0 -10 - week - old body weight data by the model of Gompertz. The results showed that the male and female medium - sized black Muscovy ducks had the same growth rate at the age of 0 -4 weeks basically. The growth rate accelerated significantly at the age of over 4 weeks, reached the growth peak at the age of 6 - 8 weeks, and the growth rate of male ducks was obviously faster than that of female ducks. The slaughter performances of both 120 - day - old male ducks and 70 - day - old female ducks were the best.
