推进江西省现代农业建设机制体制创新的思考

摘　　要：在分析江西省现代农业建设中的主要体制机制障碍的基础上,结合江西省现代农业建设面临的机遇与挑战,提出了江西省现代农业建设的机制体制创新对策建议,包括:创新农业经营制度,着力培育农民专业合作社,增强市场风险抵御能力;创新强农惠农机制,集中资金破解"瓶颈",培育现代农业发展内在动力;重点攻关绿色农业的关键技术,创新农业科技推广体系,提升现代农业科技含量。Based on the analysis of main system and mechanism obstacles of modem agricultural construction in Jiangxi prov- ince, according to the opportunities and challenges faced by modem agricultural construction in Jiangxi, this paper put forward the following countermeasures and suggestions for mechanism and system innovation of modern agricultural construction in Jiangxi prov- ince ： innovating agricultural management system, putting forth effort to cultivate farmers ＇ professional cooperative, strengthening the ability to resist market risk ; innovating mechanisms of benefiting agriculture, concentrating funds to break the bottleneck, cultivating the internal impetus of modern agricultural development; focusing on the research of key technologies for green agriculture, innova- ting the agricultural science and technology extension system, enhancing the technological content of modern agriculture.
