摘　　要：在PCB表面贴装生产前,需要将PCB文件转换成贴片设备能够识别的文件格式。在转换过程中,采用合理的转换方法和参数设置,可以有效地提高元器件对位精度、节省校对时间,从而提高元器件贴装精度、增加贴片机有效工作时间。The PCB design files should be transformed to the format that mounter can recognize be^ore PCB is assembled. During the conversion process, if the right conversion method and parameter setting are adopted, the location accuracy would be improved and the proo- fing time would be saved. So the mounting accuracy would be improved and the working hours of mounter would be increased.
