摘  要:采用坍落扩展度试验、L形仪试验和抗压强度、劈拉强度、弯拉强度试验,研究了0.15%掺量下19 mm大长细比聚丙烯单丝纤维对自密实混凝土的施工性能和强度的影响。结果表明:高掺量大长细比聚丙烯纤维对工作性影响较大,使混凝土拌合物流动性降低,但通过提高胶凝体与减水剂用量,可以达到流动性要求;高掺量大长细比聚丙烯纤维能有效提高自密实混凝土的劈拉、弯拉强度。With slump flow test, L-shaped flow meter test, compressive strength test, splitting tensile strength test and flexural tensile strength test, this paper studied the influence of the polypropylene single silk fiber in the proportion of 0. 15 % and the slenderness of 19 mm on the construction performance and the strength of self-compacting concrete. The result shows that ( 1 ) the polypropylene fiber in high proportion has relatively great influence on the construction performance, reducing flowability of the concrete mixture; but the require- ment of the flowability could be achieved by improving the consumption of gel and water-reducing agent; and (2) the polypropylene fiber in high proportion may effectively enhance the splitting tensile strength and the flexural tensile strength of self-compacting concrete.
