摘 要:营口增殖实验站炮台基地地处辽河入海口,土地性质为盐碱地。为找到理想养殖品种,开发利用盐碱地资源,2012年6月,从天津购入半滑舌鳎苗种500尾于营口增殖实验站炮台基地盐碱地池塘进行驯化养殖试验。经过4个月盐碱地池塘养殖,共收获462尾,成活率高达92.4%,因有天然饵料同时投喂配饵,其生长状况良好,平均月增重80 g。通过密度对比试验,结果说明不同密度下养殖成活率差异不显著,增重率差异显著。试验结果说明盐碱地池塘养殖半滑舌鳎具有可行性。Yingkou Paotai Base is located in Liaohe Estuary, land for the nature of the saline-alkali soil. In order to find the ideal breed, development and utilization of land resources, June 2012, from tianjin to buy fry smooth Tongue-sole of 500 was domesticated breeding on YingKou Enhancement and Experiment Station Paotai base. After 4 months of saline-alkali pond farming, a total of 462 was harvested, Survival rate as high as 92.4%; Because of natural bait at the same time, fed with bait, its growth condition is very good, average weight is 80 g. Through the density contrast test, results show that under different density and survival rate of breeding difference was net significant, Significant weight gain rate. Experimental results illustrate the saline-alkali pond aquaculture is feasible for half smooth tongue sole.
