摘　　要：国际关系学界对当代跨国社会运动与全球治理之间关系存在一些误读,这是由于受到国家中心论和精英主义倾向的影响、对当代跨国社会运动角色与特征的变化及其与非政府组织关系认识上的偏颇所致。实际上,当代跨国社会运动的主流不再是国际体系的颠覆者,而是全球治理的积极参与者和建构者,对国际体系的发展与变革起推动作用。Due to the state- centric view and elitist inclination, and some misinterpretation on the ignorance of the change of the characteristics and role of contemporary transnational social movements （TSMs）, and the misunderstandings of theirs relationship with the international nongovernmental organizations, the inter- national reiations misunderstand the relationship between contemporary TSMs and global governance. Actually much of the contemporary TSMs are not the subverted o[ existing international system, but the active participant and constructor of global governance, thus contrihuting to global governance and also to the evo- lution of the international system.
