摘　　要：GSM通信机是水情自动测报系统的基本部件之一,通过对手机短信息的研究,利用微软公司提供的mscomm32.ocx控件以及实用AT指令,编制完成了分中心计算机接收软件,以此实现各水文报汛站点通过移动电话采用短信息形式发送水文情报报文,分中心控制计算机利用GSM通信机实现接收的功能。GSM communication machine is one of the basic parts for automatic hydrologic data collection and transmission system. Through the research of mobile phone short message, using mscomm32, ocx control and the practical AT instruction provided by Software Corp. , the receiving software for the computer subcenter is compiled to realize sending hydrological information by mobile phone short massage from each hydrological station, and the control computer at the subcenter realizes receiving function by using GSM communication machine.
