葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨口服葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法:对已经确诊为轮状病毒肠炎的患儿186例,按随机数表法分为治疗组94例和对照组92例,对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上口服葡萄糖酸锌颗粒,年龄≥6个月20 mg/d,年龄<6个月10 mg/d,10～14 d为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率92.6%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组中,在年龄≤1岁的50例患儿与>1岁的44例患儿总有效率分别为96.0%和88.6%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:葡萄糖酸锌辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎临床疗效确切,尤其在≤1岁患儿疗效更好,无明显不良反应,方法简便,价廉易得,适于推广。Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of zinc gluconate for rotavirus enteritis and its significance. Methods： One hundred and eighty-six diarrhea patients diagnosed with rotavirus enteritis were enrolled, who were retrospectively analyzed and were randomly divided into a treatment group （n=94） and a control group （n=92）. The control group was given conventional therapy, while the treatment group was given oral zinc gluconate granules on the basis of conventional therapy. Patients were older than or equal to 6 months of age, 20 mg/d; less than 6 months of age, 10 mg/d. The treatment course was 10 - 14 days. Results： The total efficiency of the treatment group （92.6%） was much higher than that of the control group （75.0%） ; there was a significant difference （X^2 =21.48, P〈0.01 ）. In the treatment group, the total efficiency rates of 50 cases less than or equal to 1 year of age and 44 cases in the age of more than 1 year old were 96.0% and 88.6% , respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusions ： Clinical curative effect of zinc gluconate adjuvant therapy pediatric rotavirus enteritis is accurate, especially on the age of less than or equal to 1 year old children. It is safe, convenient, economic, and acceptable in the treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis, and worthy of application.
