网络模式下儿科处方调配差错的原因分析与对策

摘　　要：电子处方的使用有效提高了门诊药房的工作效率和服务质量,大大缩短了患儿家属等候取药的时间,但是电子处方的应用并不能降低处方调配差错率。对网络模式下处方调配差错的特征进行系统地分析、归纳和总结,针对出现调配差错的主客观因素,采取完善药房管理制度,提高药房人员的业务水平等措施可有效降低调配差错率,保障患儿用药的安全、有效。The use of electronic prescriptions improves the working efficiency and service quality of outpatient pharmacy, and greatly shortens the waiting time of patients. But the application of electronic prescriptions does not reduce the dispensing errors. Characteristics of dispensing errors under network model were systematically analyzed and summarized. According to the subjective and objective factors in dispensing errors, to improve the pharmacy management system and pharmacists professional skills can effectively reduce the errors and ensure patient medication safety and efficiency.
