摘　　要：河南历史悠久、文化浩繁,所出土的战国文字材料内容丰富。其铜器铭文、兵器铭文、货币、陶文和印玺历来受到众多学者重视,对铭文的文字考释、史实考证及战国文字的分域研究是学术界关注的焦点。应在疑难文字的释读和历史文化价值的探索等方面对其进行全面系统的研究。A variety of unearthed written materials of Warring States in Henan Province indicate rich contents. Pronze inscriptions, cuurncy, imperial seals, inscriptions on pottery and weapons have been attached more importance from scholars, and relevant researches focus on textual explanations, textual research on historical facts as well as regional research on characters. It is advisable that an overrall and systematic study should be conducted on textual explanation and exploration of the historical and cultural value.
