摘  要:为提高压裂改造效果需要对储集层特征深入认识,在钻井取心稀缺、严控成本的背景下,对储集层返出岩屑进行深入研究是一种行之有效的方法。在这一思路指导下,通过利用岩屑资料进行薄片鉴定分析其矿物组成,结合自然伽马能谱测井,确定储集层泥质含量、黏土矿物类型及其组分含量,据此可判断储集层的水敏性。根据泥质含量大于5%且泥质中黏土矿物类型属于蒙脱石或伊蒙混层时必须考虑压裂液防膨的工艺要求,采用岩屑替代岩心开展防膨剂浓度实验,优选压裂液体系配方,确定最优化的黏土防膨剂质量分数,有的放矢地进行措施改造。该方法解决了岩心不足的问题,在实际生产中已实施6口井9层,其中67%的试验层通过压裂改造获工业油流,为提高改造效果提供了新途径。In order to improve fracturing effect,it needs a deep understanding of reservoir characteristics.With the conditions of drilling coring scarcity and strictly controlling the cost,it is an effective method to carry out an in-depth study on the cuttings from the reservoirs.Under the guidance of this idea,thin section of rock was examined and its mineral composition was analyzed by the use of cuttings data,combining with natural gamma ray spectrometry logging,the reservoir shale content,the types of clay minerals and its composition content can be determined.And based on them,the reservoir sensitivity to water can be judged.When the shale content is over 5% and the type of clay minerals is montmorillonite or illite smectite mixed layer,inhibition of fracturing fluid swelling must be considered,so core was replaced with cuttings in antiswelling agent concentration test,we optimized the fracturing fluid′s dispensation and the mass fracture of anti-clay swelling agent,and had specific measures for improvement.This method has been applied to 6wells in 9lay-ers during the actual production,of which 67% test layers obtained industrial oil flow by fracturing,thus providing a new way to improve the reworked effects.
