摘　　要：绕线电机采用转子串电阻、电感的方法,既能进行起动与调速,又能较大幅度地节能.论述了该方法的工作原理和设计参数,并举例说明运用情况及节电效果.It can not only start and vary speed, but also economize energy greatly to join resistor and inductor to rotor winding in a wound-rotor induction motor. The paper discusses the principle, parameter calculation and illustrates the application and effect by an example.
