摘　　要：莱钢合金钢大方坯连铸机采用了结晶器电磁搅拌、结晶器液压振动、动态二冷配水以及动态轻压下等多项国内外先进连铸工艺以改善铸坯内部质量,提升产品品质。本文主要介绍了连铸机的动态轻压下技术应用情况,重点介绍了自动化控制系统中对动态轻压下的建模和控制方法。Advanced technologies of continuous casting process,both at home and abroad,such as mold electromagnetic stirring,hydraulic oscillating,dynamic secondary cooling,and dynamic soft reduction etc.are used in Laiwu alloy steel CCM,to improve the inner quality of the strand and upgrade the production quality.Application of dynamic soft reduction is introduced in this paper,the modeling and controlling method in the automatic system are emphasized.
