摘　　要：财政支农是解决"三农"问题的重大举措,在论证了财政支农的客观必然性,充分肯定财政支农成效的基础上,分析了财政支农进程中存在的主要问题,提出了财政支农的对策。Fiscal fund assisting the agriculture is a great measure to solve the issues of agricul- ture, rural areas and farmers. The necessity of fiscal fund assisting the agriculture is analyzed in this paper. Based on the confirmation of the its achievements, the main defects are investigated and the strategies for carrying out the assistance are also proposed in this paper.
