摘　　要：随着我国工业化与城市化进程的不断推进,随着而来的生态环境问题日益严峻,城市化所带来的一系列生态环境问题威胁着人类社会的可持续发展。作为城市重要组成部分的社区,融城市林业、城市绿地、人居社区为一体的绿色社区建设是城市生态化建设的重要途径。目前关于绿色社区的概念、内涵、发展模式等相关研究已有较大发展,但相关的评价标准体系与评价方法的相对匮乏。基于层次分析法和模糊评价法,对绿色社区综合评价指标体系和评价方法进行探讨,并在实践中加以应用,对于推动我国绿色社区的发展具有一定的积极作用。With the development of industrialization and urbanization in China, ecological environment problems that are caused by human activities have already become a threat to the sustainability of human society development. As an important part of the city, the green community which consists of urban forestry, urban green space and residential community is an important approach to the ecological city construction. Researches on the concept, connotation and development model of green community has already made great progress. But the evaluation criterion and method of green community is relatively absent. According to the actual situation in our country, this paper designs a set of evaluation criterion and method of green community with FAHP method and applies it in practice, which will have a positive effect on promoting the development of green community.
