摘　　要：目的探讨腹膜外水分离法在儿童腹股沟斜疝单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术中的应用.方法 回顾性分析2010年2月至2012年5月,河北医科大学附属华北石油管理局总医院对124例儿童腹股沟斜疝实施了腹膜外水分离法单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术.结果 124例手术均顺利完成,手术时间为8～20 min,平均（11.0±0.2） min,无血肿、输精管损伤、精索血管损伤等并发症;术后随访3～15个月,无复发,无阴囊水肿.结论 腹膜外水分离法在儿童腹股沟斜疝单孔腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术中的应用简单易学,安全可靠.Objective To explore the clinical effects of single-port laparoscopic extracorporeal ligation of hernia defects in pediatric patients using preperitoneal hydrodissection. Methods A total of 124 cases were enrolled and applied with single-port laparoscopic extracorporeal ligation of hernia defects using preperitoneal hydrodissection from February 2010 to May 2012. Results All the patients were successfully operated. The operation time was 8 to 20 min with a mean of （ 11.0 ±0.2） min. No hematoma, injury of vas deferens, spermatic vascular injury and other complication were occurred. No recurrence and edema of scrotum were observed in the follow-up from 3 to 15 months. Conclusions The application of preperitoneal hydrodissection in single-port laparoscopic extracorporeal ligation of hernia defects in children is easy to be learned and safe.
