氧气雾化与超声雾化治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作的效果观察

摘  要:目的:探讨氧气雾化治疗婴幼儿哮喘急性发作的临床应用价值。方法:选择110例患者,随机分为两组,各55例,所有患儿入院后均进行对症支持治疗,其中观察组使用氧气雾化吸入糖皮质激素、白三烯调节剂、长效β2-受体激动剂、缓释茶碱等治疗,对照组则通过超声雾化治疗,比较两组患者临床症状缓解时间及治疗期间生命体征的变化。结果:观察组喘息缓解时间、肺部哮鸣音缓解时间及低氧血症缓解时间均显著快于对照组(P<0.05),观察组治疗期间呼吸频率、心率慢于对照组(P<0.05),血氧饱和度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:氧气雾化能更快的缓解患者的临床症状,稳定患者生命体征,提高治疗效果,值得临床推荐。Objective: To investigate the effect of oxygen atomization for infantile acute asthma.Method: 110 eases were randomly divided into two groups, each 55 cases, all patients were admitted to hospital with symptomatic and supportive treatment, the observation group were used oxygen inhalation corticosteroids, leukotriene modifiers, long-acting 132-affected agonist, sustained-release theophylline, the control group were used ultrasonic spray treatment, then clinical remission and changes in vital signs were compared in the two groups during treatment.Result: The observation group, remission time breathing, wheezing lungs hypoxemia remission time and duration of response were significantly faster than control group(P〈0.05), respiratory rate and heart rate during treatment were slower than control group(P〈0.05), oxygen saturation was higher than control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion: Oxygen atomizing can fastly relief the clinical symptoms and stable the vital signs, it can improve the therapeutic effect, so it is worthy of recommendation.
