护肝药在肺结核病治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨护肝药在肺结核病治疗中的临床应用价值。方法:选取2012年上半年在笔者所在医院住院治疗的40例肺结核病患者,分为护肝组和对照组,各20例,在采取相同抗痨方案基础上,分别给予护肝药和安慰剂,并比较各自肝功能变化的情况。结果:护肝组出现肝功能损害程度明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(字2=9.8386,P=0.0017)。结论:肺结核病患者在常规抗痨的同时应用护肝药可以减少肝功能损害。Objective： To explore the clinical application of liver-protective drug in the treatment of tuberculosis.Method： 40 patients with tuberculosis were divided into two groups including liver-protectlve drug group（20 cases） and control group（20 cases） from January 2012 to June 2012 in our hospital.All patients were treated by anti-tuberculosis drugs.In addition, patients in liver-protective drug group were also treated with liver-protective drugs, while patients in control group used placebo.Then we compared the changes of patients＇ liver function.Result： The level of liver injury in liver-protective drug group was significantly lower compared to control group（X2=9.8386, P=0.0017）.Conclusion： Anti-tuberculosis drug combined with liver-protective drug can reduce the injury of liver function of patients with tuberculosis.
