九江市2859名学龄前儿童视力发育状况筛查与分析

摘　　要：目的：通过对江西省九江市浔阳区3。7岁学龄前儿童视力筛查，为本地区儿童眼保健计划提供科学依据。方法：联系九江市浔阳区9所幼儿园，在园的学龄前儿童（3～7岁）2859名，分成3-4岁组、4—5岁组、5-6岁组、6～7岁组进行远视力筛查，并进行组间比较。结果：视力低常检出率为25．01％，5~6岁组和6～7岁组儿童视力低常率较其他两组有显著差异。结论：九江市儿童视力低常率逐年增高，开展学龄前儿童视力筛查意义重大。Objective： To provide a scientific basis to children＇s eye care program in this region by the investigation about development of vision of preschool children（3-7 years old） of Jiujiang City, Jiangxi Province.Method： 2859 preschool children（3-7 years old） from 9 kindergartens of Jiujiang Xunyang region were extracted, they were divided into 4 groups： 3-4 years old group, 4-5 years old group, 5-6 years old group and 6-7 years old group.They were given visual inspection（distance vision）, comparing with each other.Result： The Low VA detection rate was 25.01%, were significantly different between 5-6 years old, 6-7 years old groups and the other two groups.Conclusion： Low VA rate of children is growing every year, it is meaningful to screen visual function in preschool children.
