摘　　要：目的:探讨使用灌肠袋连接一次性吸痰管组成保留灌肠装置在慢性重型肝炎患者保留灌肠中的效果。方法:30例患者采用自身前后对照,单日采用传统装置灌肠,双日采用改良式灌肠法灌肠,比较两种灌肠方法的临床效果。结果:采用改良保留灌肠装置灌肠,舒适度、出血率、保留时间均明显高于传统方法,且无渗漏、脱管现象,效果优于传统方法。结论:临床使用一次性吸痰管连接灌肠袋在慢性重型肝炎患者保留灌肠中效果满意。Objective： To discuss the effectiveness of the retention enema devices of disposable sputum-aspirating tubes connected with enema bag in treating CSVH patients.Method ： Comparing the clinical study of 30 patients, who used the traditional enema in single dates while the modified one in double dates.Result： The effectiveness of modified enema was evidently higher than the traditional one, for its better performance in comfort, bleeding rate and retention time, without leakage and trachea eannula exodus.Conclusion： The clinic application of disposable sputum-aspirating tubes in retention enema treating on CSVH patients has a satisfactory in its effectiveness.
