摘　　要：以新疆乌昌都市区为研究对象,构建乌昌都市区城镇综合发展水平的指标体系,运用区域均衡度、综合性系统评价方法,对乌昌都市区均衡度进行测算分析,对乌昌都市区区域综合发展水平、协调度进行综合评价,结果表明:目前乌昌都市区区域间的均衡性总体上较好,具有协调发展的良好基础。乌昌都市区4个城市综合评分在0.2以下的有两个城市,区域内的不协调比例已经达到了50%,这种不协调的发展态势会对整个区域的发展产生不利影响。Taking Urumqi-ChanKii metropolitan area as the research object, this paper builds the comprehensive index system of urban development levels, using the regional balance degree, evaluation method of a comprehensive system, to analyse the balanced degree of the Urumqi-Changji metropDolitan area and evaluate its comprehensive development level and rdination degree. The resuhs show that the current balance between the Urmnqi-Changji urban areas is good overall, which has a good fbundation of coordinaled development. But there are two cities whose composite scores are less than 0.2 in lhe four major cities of the Ummqi-Changji metropolitan area, the regional mismatch ratio has reached 50%. which will be harmfial to the development of the whole area
