科素亚治疗轻、中度高血压的临床疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的　应用双盲、随机、对照方法观察降压新药科素亚 (氯沙坦 )长期用药的疗效及安全性 .方法　将符合入选条件的高血压患者 15 6例 ,随机分为试验组和对照组各 78例 ,试验组按年龄分为 3组 ,分别服用科素亚 5 0～ 10 0 mg· d- 1 ,共 12 wk;对照组服用依那普利 10～ 2 0 mg· d- 1 ,共 12 wk.观察各组的疗效及不良反应 .结果　以自身前后为对照 ,服药 12 wk后与服药前相比 ,试验组和对照组的间隔动态血压监测显示血压下降平稳 ,收缩压和舒张压分别下降 (3.0 9±0 .6 ) k Pa,(2 .2± 0 .5 ) k Pa和 (3.2± 0 .4) k Pa,(2 .6± 0 .5 )k Pa,试验组和对照组的血压下降值无统计学差异 .试验组中不同年龄组的对照试验显示 ,平均动脉压下降的幅度亦无显著差别 .所有患者的心率及生化指标无显著改变 ,亦未见不可耐受的不良反应 .结论　科素亚是一种治疗轻、中度高血压效果稳定 ,安全可靠的药物 ,其对于不同年龄组的患者均能有效的降低血压 .AIM To observe the efficacy and safety of losartan during 12 week treatment of mild and moderated hypertension, using randomored double blind control observation method. METHODS One hundred and fifty six patients with essential hypertension were recruited according to the established criteria, and randomized into treatment and control groups; seventy eight patients were divided into three groups according to those ages and treated with losartan with50~100 mg·d -1 for 12 weeks. The others received enalapril 10 mg or 20 mg daily for 12 weeks. The efficacy and safety were evaluated with clinical, biochemical and blood pressure parameters. RESULTS Ambulatory blood pressure monitoring showed that compared with the pre treatment states the SBP and DBP of the treatment were significantly reduced by (3.09±0.6) kPa, (2.2±0.5) kPa and similar to control group's which reduced by (3.2±0.4) kPa, (2.6±0.5) kPa respectively; however, in the treatment group, significant difference were not found among the three age's groups, no changes in heart rate, blood parameters and intolerance adverse effects were found during the study. CONCLUSION Losartan is an effective and safe agent for the treatment of mild to moderate hypertension of all ages.
