摘　　要：城镇化问题是当代中国社会经济发展的综合性课题,是涉及国民经济如何协调发展,达到一个新的现代化和谐社会发展的根本问题。在全球经济一体化的新形势下,我国社会经济发展一直保持了快速前进的局面,我国的综合国力与工业化、城镇化及其城乡一体化的建设取得了辉煌的成就。但是在城市化的过程中,出现无序发展的状态,水土资源日渐退化,生态破坏。本文提出新型城镇化的几个关键问题:(1)走新型城镇化的创新之路;(2)构建新型城镇化的创新模式;(3)实现新型城镇化内容与形式的统一;(4)充分认识我国城镇化本身的发展规律。The issue of urbanization is a synthesized topic in the social and economic development of contemporary China. It concerns the coordinated development of national economy, new modernization process and harmonious society. Under the context of economic globalization, fast social and economic growth has been achieved in terms of national strength, industrialization and urbanization. On the other hand the process of urbanization also brings disordered development and ecological deterioration. Several key issues are put forward in this paper： （1） innovation under neo-urbanization; （2）establish the mode of innovation; （3）keep the form of neo- urbanization in consistence with its contents; and （4）understand the underlying law of China＇s neo-urbanization.
