摘　　要：通过对大理海东山地城市的SWOT分析,提出建立山地生态城市生命支持系统,充分发挥内部优势、依靠外部支持,实行保护优先的资源开发与城市建设战略;凝炼海东山地城市文化特色的形象,发展循环经济,打造生态健康城市,以期实现大理城市跨越式发展。This article aims at making a SWOT analysis on HaiDong mountain city of Dali,with a purpose to propose a construction strategy of the establishment of a life support system towards mountainous ecological city,which surely will give full play to the internal advantages and external support of this area and will make the conservation priority of resource development and city construction strategy implemented.In order to realize the leaping development of Dali city,this research will be greatly helpful to condense cultural image of the mountain city of Dali,Haidong,the development of the recycling economy,and the building of the ecological health city in Dali
