摘  要:目的观察辨体施术经络调理对新生儿体质状态的影响。方法将180例正常足月新生儿按出生日期单双号分为对照组和观察组各90例,对照组进行常规新生儿护理,观察组在对照组基础上进行辨体施术经络调理,观察两组新生儿出生第1天和第28天的体质状态。结果两组新生儿出生第1天的体质状态比较,差异无统计学意义;经辨体施术经络调理后,两组新生儿出生第28天时的体质状态比较,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。观察组体质状态第28天与第1天比较有显著差异,P<0.001;对照组体质状态第1天和第28天比较,差异无统计学意义,P=0.178。结论辨体施术经络调理能改善新生儿体质状态。Objective To observe the effect of channel modulating by identify physique and intervention for constitutional status of newborn. Method Divide 180 health full term neonates into observation group and control group equally according to even or odd birth date. Newborn in control group receive routine nursing care. Newborn in observation group receive meridian and collateral modulating by identify physique and intervention based on routine care. Observe newborns' constitutional status on the 1st and 28th day after birth. Result There is no significant difference on newborns' constitutional status on the 1st day after birth between two groups. There is significant difference on newborns' constitutional status on the 28st day after birth after channel modulating by identify physique and administer method between two groups (P〈0. 05). Constitutional status of newborn on the 28th day after birth is obviously improved compared to the status on the 1st day in observation group (P〈0. 001). There is no significant difference on constitutional status between status on the 1st and 28th day after birth in control group (P=0. 178). Conclusion meridian and collateral modulating by identify physique and intervention can improve constitutional status of newborn.
