口腔内科患者口腔基本保健知识认知的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的了解口腔内科就诊患者对口腔基本保健知识的认知情况。方法对698例患者进行问卷调查，了解其就诊原因、口腔护理状况和对口腔健康检查认知。结果698例就诊主要原因为牙齿疼痛25．50％、牙齿松动25．50％、龋齿18．05％、牙龈出血15．90％，常规检查仅占8．45％；每天刷牙2次及以上占88．11％，每次刷牙时间≥3min占29．80％；认为有症状再检查占28．80％，认为半年～1年内进行1次口腔健康检查的占63．z5％，认为1年进行1次口腔健康检查的占43．55％。结论部分口腔内科就诊患者对VI腔基本保健知识认知不足，必须加强健康教育。Objective To study the cognition condition on basic oral health care knowledge for oral internal medicine patients. Method Investigate 698 patients by questionnaire on cognition on reason of visiting doctor, oral care situation and oral health examinations. Result Reasons of visiting doctor are toothache （25. 50%）, tooth mobility （25. 50%）, dental caries （18. 05%）, gingival bleeding （15. 90%） and routine tests （only 8, 45%） for 698 patients. 88. 11% brush teeth for more than twice a day and 29.80% brush longer than 3 min every time. 28. 80% consider visiting doctor is only necessary when there＇s a problem. 63.75% feel it necessary to receive oral tests every half a year or every year. 43.55% feel oral test is necessary once a year. Conclusion Some oral internal medicine patients lack the cognition on basic oral health care knowledge and need enhanced health education.
