抗休克裤纠正创伤失血性休克临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察使用抗休克裤的效果。方法在２６６例创伤失血性休克病人使用抗休克裤时，观察有关休克生命指征和甲皱微循环改变。结果使用抗休克裤能改善微循环状态。同时，在短时间内能使部分血液分配至重要器官，特别是回到有效循环中。结论在创伤失血性休克处于紧急休克状态时，及时使用抗休克裤是有效的。Objective To observe the efficence of the anti-shock-traussers in 266 cases of acute traumatic hemor- rhagic shock.Methods The authers investigated the related vital sign of shock state and nail micro-circulation by using the anti-shock-traussers.Results Using anti-shock-traussers could increase efficently the volume of the circulating blood . from the legs and preferential blood distribution to important organs in a short period, in particular to the micro-circulation. Conclusion Using anti-shock-traussers is efficient for acute traumatic hemorrhagic shock.
