摘 要:将土培花卉驯化成为水培花卉,使其迅速并长期适应水生环境,其关键就是促使花卉生新根。该实验利用2种促生根激素IBA和NAA,设置不同浓度梯度对水培短叶虎皮兰生根情况进行研究。结果表明:50mg/L NAA处理7d的短叶虎皮兰生新根数量为31根,平均生根长度为2.1cm,75mg/L IBA处理7d的短叶虎皮兰生新根数量为36根,平均生根长度为1.6cm。The soil building flower become acclimatized to the hydroponic flower,making its rapid and long-term adapt to the aquatic environment, the key is to promote the grouth of flower's new root. Two kinds of promoting rooting hormone IBA and NAA were used in the experiment,different concentration gradient of Sansevieria trifasciata rooting were observed and compared,two months later,the results showed that:treatment with 50mg/L of NAA in 7days,the average root number of Sansevieria trifasciata increased to thirty-one root,the average root length in- creased to 2.1cm,and the treatment with 75mg/L of IBA in 7days,the average root number of Sansevieria trifasci- ata increased to thirty-six root,the average root length increased to 1.6cm.
